Class: Shaman
Spec: Restoration, 0/16/55. I chose this spec because it’s the most efficient for raid healing. I’ve put points in all the important talents for this role such as improved chain heal, but this spec is also effective for tank healing. Some of you may point out that I missed healing way and is needed for tank healing but I’d disagree because the only thing this talent does is drain mana so quick you’ll be QQ’ing for innervate for the rest of the fight 
Professions: I’m slowly working on herbalism and inscription when I have spare time.
Real life commitments: I currently work part-time in a supermarket on Wednesday evening, Saturday morning and Sunday morning. But these work times don’t cross with your raid times. I’m also starting university in September but I don’t believe this will affect raid performance or availability.
Communications: I have Ventrillo mix installed and Teamspeak so any comm’s server is fine. I’ve also got a working mic and I’ve got no problem with talking.
Internet: I’ve got an 7.8 meg connection and luckly I’m close to a telephone exchange and my network is very stable and very rarely crashes.
History
Vanilla:
I started playing WoW with a group of friends just after the release of TBC. Because of this I was never able to see any raid content from pre-tbc.
Pre-TBC.
TBC:
Kara - Clear
ZA - Clear
Grull - Clear
Maggy - Clear
SCC – Clear
MH - Clear
BT - Clear
Sunwell – Cleared at level 80 for achievement.
WoTLK:
Naxx 10 & 25 - Clear
VoA 10 & 25 - Clear
Malygos 10 & 25 - Clear
Sartharion 10 & 25 – Clear (With 3 drakes)
Ulduar 10& 25 – All bosses except Yogg, best try before I took a break from hardcore raiding was 19% so I know the fight well.
ToC 10 & 25 – Cleared all 3 bosses on 10 man, and 2 bosses in 25 man (Both in pugs)
How do I try to improve my own performance:
I use all my class and role specific addons such as grid, recount, raid frames to help improved my reaction speed and performance. I use WWS logs to view reports of similar classes and analyse the spells they use etc, and how my report compares to theirs.
Why I'm applying to Infinity:
I was recently in a guild named Purple Pixels on my hunter, and when they decided to take a break during the holidays I decided that I should look for another guild. But after leaving I found being "free" was fun, and so I pugged raids and instances to gear up my characters and after a while it got really boring. I decided to start endgame raiding again to go along with university starting and everyone getting back to wow after the holiday and I've been looking at the different guilds on the server, and after some thought I decided the Infinity would be the best guild for me. This is a combination between a great raid schedule, good atmosphere and progress.
What I can bring to Infinity:
I've been playing wow for several years now and have a wealth of experience in alot of different classes. I've got a very good sense of humor and i'm always up for a laugh. And when raids a short I have a coupel of other good characters avilable to fill slots.
Final word:
I'd like to thank you for reading my application and consdering it. But if you're currently full on resto shamans i'd be greatful if you could consider my other charcters.

I've played hunter for the majority of ulduar. My gear for current standards is sub-par but I make up for this in skill. On raid bosses I easily hit 5k dps, which would easily be around 6k once I gear up in heroics.

My paladin was my first character. I've played him as all 3 spec's since early TBC specialising as protection in TBC, Holy for most of ulduar and currently as prot. I've got alot of skill when it comes to tanking and i'm currently working on gearing up enough so I'm able to do hard modes etc. |

As i can see on the armory you just rerolled Inscription and is still at skill 1? what was your previous proff and why you changed it.
else it seems like an "ok" application. |

And btw, aren't you exalted with Sons of Hodir? Just wondered about the 'weird' enchant.
And the thing about is considering either your Paladin or Hunter if we are full on shamans... in my ears it sounds wrong 'just to wanna join an guild' on one of your chars...

I had no previous professions, this is a new character so I'm still leveling them, and inscription is zero because i'm farming enough mats before I start leveling it using a quick level guide.

Yea, I just haven't got around to it since i've been busy spending badges in gear upgrades on 3 characters and 200g a gem is a rip off, but im farming heroics for gems now.

At the moment it's showing resto, but I did have some elemental gear on last night so maybe was still showing when you looked.

Yes I do have some enh gear, and i'm hit capped but my dps sucks (read some guides on ensidia enh shamans but that didn't help)l, gear mostly ilvl 200 with a few naxx 25 items, some leather but I do have 219 and 245 weapons. But i'd rather play elemental than enh.

Nope this is a new character and grinding rep with them takes months, and that's the reason why I've decided to take inscription.

I can see your point, but I think you missed mine. What I meant was that I'm a very skilled hunter and before 3.2 I always beat similar geared hunters in dps. It's not that I just want to get into your guild on any fail char if you dont accept my shaman. In my opinion i'm a very skilled wow player with alot of experience in healing, dps and tanking and no matter which role I play i'll enjoy it and so I'd be happy to fill a spot for a tank or dps if you need it because no matter which role I play, I always give 100% focus, performance and dedication.
This would all be based on the reason for which you did decline my app (if you do that is), such as being full on shamans in which case i'd be happy to join with another character you may need. That's all I meant by my orignal request. |

Didn't mention anything about your gear in general, just think it's slack not to have epic gems.
Have you cleared the content you mentioned on the shaman or other chars? Or just a mixture of both
Anyway, fix the gems and Inscription... and then, good luck.

Héaladin has the Naxx 25, OS3D, EoE, VoA achivements and the majority of Ulduar, almost all the boss kill achivements are on the first/second day of ulduar.
Vanguaard has Naxx 25, OS, EoE, VoA and all of ulduar except Yogg.
Domo has the ToC 10 & 25 achivements, and a few random others. |

Had some spare time today, so I farmed some heroics for the new gems, and got my Herb to 450, and inscrip to 430 for the enchant. |
|
We're pretty much dead ye. A lot of us went to Sanctum!
